As per the published admission arrangements for Cottesmore St Mary Catholic Primary School, ‘Random allocation will be used as a tiebreak to decide who has the highest priority for admission when two applications cannot otherwise be separated’. As there were more applications in Category 12 than there were places available, the random allocation tiebreak was applied.

Visits for prospective families:

Due to Covid-19, we are unable to offer school tours whilst the school is open and full of vibrant children. Therefore, we will be celebrating Cottesmore via a promotional video which will be launched mid-November so please do return to this page. Please also take a moment to view other promotional material on this page, such as the school Prospectus and our Highlights document.

We are hoping to offer guided parent / one family only tours post 2nd December. However, these will be dependent on future guidance.

In the meantime, Mrs Breen, Headteacher, is available for conversations with prospective parents via phone or personalised Zoom meetings. We would suggest getting in touch and booking a Zoom call in case tours are not able to go ahead.

Please call the school office on 01273 555811 or email ruthyahiatene@cottesmore.brighton-hove.sch.uk for further information and to book your place.

We look forward to hearing from you and are here to help in anyway.
